Reservation and Cancellation Policies
We have one policy for short term rentals that are under 28 days. The Long-Term cancellation policy automatically applies to all reservations of 28 night or more.
Reservation Policy
Short Term: To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard or you can overnight a check.
Long Term: To guarantee your reservation, one month rent security deposit and signed lease. We accept Visa, MasterCard or you can overnight a check.
Other Things to Note: There is a $200 cleaning fee for one month or more and a $200 nonrefundable pet fee.
Cancelation Policy
Short Term: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to check in. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Long Term: First month not refundable, 30-day notice for cancellation. The Long-Term cancellation policy applies to all reservations of 28 nights or more. If the guest books a reservation and decides to cancel during the stay, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the cancelation date or up to the end date of the original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 30 days.
Refunds are issued within 14 days.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
